Put Your Personal Touch on Your Own Space

The Orelská 13 residence consists of 19 units – 17 one-bedroom apartments, two ground floor apartments with their own gardens, and two newly built attic apartments with terraces. Like the gardens, the terraces also face the courtyard, which is full of mature trees. The project also features a garden house with its own plot. Orelská 13 is designed by the architects Tereza Čudová Ajmová (www.ta-architektura.cz) and Jindřich Starý (www.rangherka5.cz). The heart of the project is the reconstruction of an Art Nouveau building from 1911 in the older part of the Prague neighborhood of Vršovice. It is located close to Moskevská Street, Vršovické náměstí square, and the famous Corso Krymská. All three have one thing in common – they are lined with the coolest cafes, restaurants serving cutting edge cuisine, they feature the best concerts and films, and there are even opportunities for sports activities. Despite the neighborhood’s vibrant nightlife, Orelská Street is surprisingly quiet. The apartments will be sold mostly in the state of white walls, i.e. prior to the completion of the final surfaces. They are therefore an ideal opportunity for individuals and couples to create an original home, nestled within the inspiring microcosm of Vršovice.
